Safe or Not?

Wait... they can't MAKE you pregnant can they? If so, I'm sure I'm going to deliver an 8 lb Meatball with Mozzarella!!

They're a guilty pleasure every now and then.. just balance them with fruits, veggies and plenty of whole grains!

They should be safe. And for me everything makes my tummy bubble when I'm pregnant.

Safe, the meat and cheese are cooked, the cheese is pasteurized, and the tummy bubble comes from the acid in the sauce :)

I had the worst morning sickness & hot pockets, although not healthy, were one of the only things I could get myself to eat. I would stay away from the sausage or pepporoni kind & stick to the cheese & sauce ones. The reason being is that some meats contain nitrates, which you should avoid.

Yes they are safe to eat because it is cooked. Your stomach might be bubbling because either you have gas (which is very common in pregnancy) or your stomach might just not like it. Try eating something else if it keeps happening.

They're safe. Not completely healthy ;) but they're safe. If they make your tummy bubble though and they make you uncomfortable, consider not eating them.

I'm not really sure Hot Pockets are even food. Sure you can eat them but it seems they are more of a science experiment than good food. I'd be careful cookie the baby might end up with a really big forehead or something.

Of course it is. Just be careful of burning your mouth on them. If they make you gassy, take some gas-x or beano before you eat them or right after you eat. Or perhaps switch to a different flavor Hot Pocket.
