Umm, I guess if you don't make it noticeble. Don't stare just glance. Us girls wear revealing things to get a rise out of men and to show them what they can't have. Plus, the extra attention is good for the ego.

I don't think it is polite to look down a woman's shirt and I don't think she would appreciate it either, but you're right, it is out there, so if you want to look at least don't let her catch you.

It's impolite to stare, but your eyes will probably wander anyway if she's wearing a revealing shirt and you're attracted to her. Don't stare.
