Disc Hardware front
on Olds Mobile Cutlass Sierra 95. Since than my care is vibrates most of the time that I am braking, it is does not meter if high or low speed it does same. I went to the shop twice with same problems but they are only machine the rotors, which still is not solving the problem. One of the technicians, of the same shop, claimed than I need adjust the alignment, than should stop the problem.

1.I am wondering, is there any connection between alignment and vibration of the car during the bracing process?
2.Is it dangers to drive in this conditions?
3. Can I ask the just brakes technicians to replace all the main parts again?

Thank you.

You have a balance problem - a bad alignment won't cause a vibration like that. Vibration is caused by a spinning part that is out of balance, so either one of your wheels has become out of balance (lost a weight, maybe), or a rotor isn't balanced. Have your wheel balance checked. If these are good, then it's a bad rotor - it will need to be balanced or replaced.

And find a new shop - if these guys suggest an alignment problem, they can't be all that good. A bad alignment would cause the tyres to scrub their tread off quickly, and maybe cause the steering wheel to be ****** to one side - but not a vibration.

If the car is out of alignment then you should have the vibrations all or most of the time, not only when you are braking. I wouldn't want to drive the car with a problem with the brakes. I also wouldn't want to replace all the parts again. The mechanics should be able to figure out why you are getting the vibrations with the brakes. It could be warped rotors, but if they have been replaced, they should be fine. The mechanics can put a dial indicator on the rotor and check for runout. The brakepads may not have seated yet, especially if you got the cermanic pads. If your car was fine before they did the work, then don't let them off the hook and keep after them until they fix it. Talk to the owner or the shop manager till you get satisfaction. good luck.

If it happens only when braking then it's the brakes. Usually the rotors but since they already machined the rotors maybe the rotors are bad or wrong ones.

Wrong, he is trying to get more money out of you. It sounds like you know what it is but are not sure of yourself to get it fixed right. Make them fix it right DEMAND. I would imagine that was very expensive to have all of that repaired. Probably more than the car is worth so it should be done right. Threaten to call yor local news station and tell them how you have been cheated. Good Luck`
