I have a really old wall rotary phone hooked up in my kitchen. It is very loud when it rings, but I love it! It is just like one I had when I was a kid. It is soo funny to watch my kids dial it. It really fits well in my country kitchen and I do love it! I also have one of those donut phones, not rotary, from the 70's. I love that one, too! And it is also hooked up and works.

probably about 5 years ago my grandma had one then I think she broke down and bought a hip new cordless phone with a answering machine
