I think the cheapest way would be direct from the US mint. Then you don't have to fool around with a dealers markup.

Your best bet is your local coin dealer, then you don't have to pay postage, which brings the price up way beyond it's value. Check around your local area. Everyone seems to be eBay crazy and after you pay pay shipping and insurance most of the time the price is way up beyond what a local dealer gets.
