The ability to step back from the world for a few seconds and take a good look at it all.
To see all the pieces coming together in their own unique ways.
To see not only what is, but what might be.
To stand, like a painter before a blank canvas, and see every stroke, every shade of color, every subtle twist of the brush before I even pick it up.

Running my own company.
I know that may not sound like much to many people, but the satisfaction I get from it helps make up for the other things in life that I feel I haven't done so well at.
Being responsible for the economic lives of my employees, their families and their hopes and dreams, make it not only satisfying but rewarding as well.
Yes, I'm confident about it.
And pretty damn proud too.

I think I'm a pretty good teacher. At least I know I love what I do. I have a good repoire with my students and they actually seem motivated and tuned in to all we do. Year after year they keep coming back to my room to visit and laugh and to even ask for help if they aren't understanding something the next year. I know there are a lot of things I do in life where I totally am a screw up. But I feel so confident in the classroom. When I stand up before my students..... well...... I just know that it's where I belong. :)

I am more confident in my abilities to "control the page." I have gotten better at it through the years. My last work was reviewed, and they thought it was pretty tight and nicely done structure wise. Major kudos that I didn't expect to get on top of the story being completely original. : )

crafts! I can do anything with crafts because I am so creative. I get compliments all the time on my work.
