No you cannot, PCIe is a completely different slot on your motherboard..... PCI is one of the most common slots you can find on a motherboard and PCIe is a newer and better slot used to transfer data at a faster rate. The slots look different and you can't put a PCIe card in a PCI slot...

Yup but make sure you have PCI-e and not just PCI otherwise itst NOT gonna work

No, and if you attempt to you will cause damage to your mobo and your graphics card, get a board with x16 slots.

i would think not, the inserts look just a little different. maybe there is a converter...???
