My favorite part of summer is when it is over. Why? For one thing, I am an adult, which means I have to pay my bills, which means I work. So the summer doesn't make any difference as far as my vacationing is concerned. Another reason is that I live in northern Florida, and it is unGodly hot here all summer. It is MUCH nicer fall through spring. I can think of ONE good thing about summer, though! I live in a college town, so the summer has MUCH better traffic due to most of the students being gone. Still, I can't wait until September.

I love that my kids are out of school, and my husband and I work really hard all winter so we have play money and vacation for the summer...we are going to the beach and some amusement parks, and to the mountains.....all over....its great to let the kids see new things.

The weather to be outside and wearing cool feeling, cheerier-colored clothes...sundresses, short skirts, (but not too short), shorts, skorts, short sleeves, tanks, sandals...you get the idea.
I live in a state where it snows in the fall, winter and spring and I cannot wait to get out of the heavy clothing and footwear! Agh!

I love swimming in the lake, it reminds me of back in the 90's when i was a lifeguard and used to swim across the lake as part of my training.

There are too many to just pick one. How about no sleeves, no school, and the sun and water. Ha Ha, lots and lots of water. Oh, and the ocean. There are a lot of things.
