Discharge from virgin, cloudy white could this be ovulation?

Yes, cloudy white can be ovulation mucus, the more important thing is whether the mucus is slippery and stretchy, they are better signs of ovulation.
Prior to ovulation, women have a buildup of cervical mucus. It can start off yellowish or cloudy, sticky, even creamy. Then after a few days it will turn to the clear, slippery, stretchy type of mucus and you may see that for a few days. Ovulation is usually right around the last day of the more fertile type mucus. When you are ovulating, the cervical mucus is usually slippery and clear. Like egg white.
