Where is the Fuse for the speed control for a 95 mystique 2.5L???

My Cruise control went out on my 1995 mercury mystique and i cant find the fuse! the manual tells me that it is not located in the dash panel fuse box nor is it in the PDC. so, i was wondering if anyone knew where it might be located so i can see if that might be the problem.

again, autozone has the wiring schematic online. check it out.

go to autozone and ask them they will be willing to help. and you can even buy a book for your car, with all the info.
