No, I'm afraid it will not. An egg needs to be fertilised in order for the liquids inside to develop into an embryo.

Very unlikely, but not completely impossible. There are several species of lizards that produce viable eggs without being fertilized by a male. This process, called parthenogenesis, has not yet been observed in fat tailed geckos. It was, however, only recently discovered to occur in Komodo dragons.
Sexual fertilization can occur well before the egg is produced. If you have only had the female for a few weeks then it could still be fertile from an earlier mating.
Keep the egg half buried in a damp substrate and keep it where the temperature will be in the low 80's F. An unfertile egg will start to shrivel or mould in a week or so.

no. when an egg is fertilized, that means that it has an embryo in it. the egg only hatches if the embryo survives to become a baby and can no longer survive in the egg. so, i would just throw out the egg.

no the egg has to be fertilized, same with people. are you sure its not fertilized? throw it out, some lizards eat their unfertilized eggs, im not sure if yours will or if its good for them though. i would just toss it (throw it out) :^)
