We are staying at the excalibur for the weekend and was wondering where to take her for her birthday that evening? Ladies can you help?

Coyote Ugly and Studio 54 are fun bars, so is Kahunaville. There's a ton of nice clubs in Vegas that are much newer too.

Take her to watch a Cirque show, Zumanity is MEANT for couples...nudity involved, Mystere is, if not the only, best Cirque show in Vegas. The buffet at Bellagio during the weekend is nothing but gourmet and has food that is fit for royalty, unless you're use to all that expensive food. All you can eat chocolate dipped strawberries, beef wellington, kobe beef, gigantic king crab legs that are already cut in half for you length wise and much much much more!!!! The buffet at Rio is also fantastic, I suggest the International Buffet. If you're lucky, you can snag a romantic view at the top of the Eifel tower while watching the Bellagio fountain show.\

What about a great dinner at Emeril's restaurant? He has two. One is a seafood restaurant located at the MGM Grand, and the other is a steakhouse (Delmonico) at the Venetian. The steakhouse is OUTSTANDING! We vist every time we're in Vegas.
If she's not into either of those places, how about the Top of the World restaurant at the Statosphere, or the Eiffel Tower restaurant at the Paris?
Rum Jungle is a great night club at Mandalay Bay for 20-somethings.

Um... Chippendales?! If you want to stay near the Excalibur, check out the Plantation Room at Mandalay Bay, Studio 54 at the MGM, or Coyote Ugly at NYNY. There are several other places to go that aren't considered clubs where you can just relax. Check out Margaritaville, the Carnival Court, or Kahunaville at TI. Just enjoy yourselves and have a great time!

Excaliber is OK but go and see a Cirque De Soilet show. There are several. Check out the one at Treasure Island, it was the original.
If you are into dancing and the hip scene, go to the Palms and go dancing at the club.
Or get drunk and have fun... Well you'll do that anyway.
