I have the sims two and the only recquirement i dont have is the processor speed. Sims 2 recquires 800MHz but i only have 738.

You could overclock, though if you don't know what you're doing, you definatly shouldn't try.

Looks like it's time to get a new computer. And if your processor is only 738MHZ, chances are you don't have the memory to play well at all eigher, or a T&L enabled video card, or even T&L integerated.

There isnt anything to do about increasing your processor for free...except trying to overclock it. a 733Mhz processor should be ok with a 800mhz game requiremtn

i dont think so, if there was, everybody would do it

there could be some download that makes your processor go fast

Try it, it may work, but dont expect it to work like it should, thats teh minimum they recommend, doesnt meant its playable :)
