All are fascinating-except two-Hillary Clinton and Rosie (The linebacker) O'Donnel. They are scary people, and NOT intimidating.

Really strong woman are neither fascinating or intimidating. They are ordinary women that cope with all that life has to throw at them, yet they don't complain, they always have a ready smile and are the first to offer help to others.

It depends where their strength comes from. If it's because they value themselves for who they are and accept their own short-comings and those of others then they are strong but not intimidating.
If they just have a sense of superiority then they are intimidating but not fascinating because you can't usually talk to someone like that.
