Federally, it will still be $5.15/hr. Congress has not passed a minimum wage increase. Your state may have a different minimum wage.

this year federal minimum wage will increase to $5.85 per hour...in 2008 it will increase to $6.55 an hour and in 2009 it will increase again to $7.25 an hour

it depends where you are
NY minimum wage is 7.15
but i dont know if it is different for other states

I think if it gets passed in the senate, it will go up to 7.50 hr.
