I sometimes feel i am dragging too much ,and the descriptions appear like fillers

Well, you've answered your own question. If YOU think it's dragging, then your readers will too. Cut it back.

writing a book is like trying to make a movie in all of your readers heads so the more of a picture you can give them the better, but dont drag cause you dont want your readers to be bored try to find a happy medium

A book should flow smoothly and easily. It should paint a picture in the reader's mind but it should leave enough to said reader's imagination, because every different individual can paint a perfect picture that suits them, far better than you will be able to.
