Do you think its fair for divas to be fired cus they are pregnant?

i think it was molly holly who was fired for getting pregnant, and jackie gayda was fired from tna. is this fair?

It would be fair if it was stated in the contract that getting pregnant would result in termination and that is the only way it would be fair.

First off, they cannot be fired for being pregnant. It is against the law. On the WWE side, it wasn't Molly that was pregnant the time she was fired, it was Dawn Marie.

As for Jackie Gayda, she has not been fired, but it's the old adage, they haven't found a place for her yet.

ok think of it this way, You sign a contract that says i will wrestle/make this many apperances each year. Divas sign this contract as well. Now a diva gets knocked up and can no longer perform on her contract, she is being terminated for that reason. She can no longer perform her contract duties. If they would let her wrestle could you imagine the lawsuit and worngfull death of a fetus suit that would happen to the wwe if they knew she was pregnant and let her continue to wrestle. They are just protecting themselves is all and that is why divas have to renew there contract more often then wrestlers just in case they want to start a family and not be on the road most of the year.

It is because of like a previous poster stated, if something was to happen to them and the unborn baby died, the lawsuit would be beyond the suit that the Harts brought up for Owen's death a few years back.

As for Stephanie, she's Vince's kid. He'd never fire her, especially when she's the mother of one of his grandkids. Yeah it's nepotism, but what can you do.

Yes it is 100% fare.
If any diva become pregnent she must have to leve the wrestling because of the two following reasons:
1-). Divas are the bikini models and guys can't standa diva with fat tummy.
2-). As being pregnent it is dangerous for them to be inthe ring with other divas or wrestlers.
Lita was pregnent but she donotleve WWE and as a result she lose her baby do u want the same to hapen to other divas at least I not so I think it is fare.

No, I don't think so. Well, I know Dawn Marie is planning to sue the WWE for letting her go because of being preggers; I think Jackie should do the same against TNA

Personally, I don't think divas should get fired for being pregnant. I think they should get a break until their baby comes out and she's all set to go back to be a wrestler and I don't think that's fair at all.

i think of its humorous how human beings wanna fireplace spectacular divas because of fact of there seems and because they dont like them...What do u prefer little skanks left in the hoop to roll around and botch? I say eliminate Maria and Candice because of fact they are no longer good! it is observed as wrestling no longer whos maximum suitable ..... Beth Melina Natalya er w/e Victoria MICKIE JAMES are spectacular...they like greater wrestlin Divas! Kelly Kelly is gettin greater efficient!

Perhaps they just took leaves of absence. Either way a pregnant woman cannot work a wrestling show its too dangerous.

Yea i don't think its fair for them to get pregnant....i mean its there time to be by themselves, but i think they should just get a break...But When Steffani was pregnant she didn't get fired...she was in on WWE!...so it isn't fair...i think they should just give them time and peace for that matter of time
