Your question just shows how difficult it would be to logistically pull off a hoax as big as 9/11 (assuming it is a hoax). Given the two stories, a government conspiracy or nineteen pissed off Muslims, the nineteen pissed off Muslims is clearly the more likely of the two scenarios.
