My query is from where can i get my genuine operating system back because i still do have product key for it but dont have CD

You need to use the System Restore CD that came with your computer. If you don't have one, contact Dell and they will send you a replacement.

Dell will give you a cd, if you can prove your ownership for free, even if you warranty has expired. You can also hit control f11 at the same time at startup and it will give you an option for a dell restore by symantic.

the recovery of the operating system should be on the drive already, ;look for recovery options when you first boot the laptop.

otherwise call dell to have a set mailed out.
