Actually, she isn't getting a good deal. In Los Angeles they have a 10% rule for women in jail with similar to crimes as Paris Hilton's DUI & breaking her probation. If they haven't caused any problems in jail, they usually let them out (black, white, hispanic, asian, etc.) after 10% of their sentence is completed. Paris's 45 days was initially cut to 23 days; however, the most she would have to remain in jail was actually 4 1/2 days.
I don't like PH anymore than anybody else, but in this situation they aren't giving her the consideration they give other prisoner.

Oh of course they are. we often see Latinos or African-Americans get slapped on the wrist for second offense criminal negligence. Why just the other day a friend of mine named Juan told me how he told the judge he was having a nervous breakdown after an hour in jail and they just sent him right home. Such a nice judge.

She went back to jail, didn't she? The only reason she got out is because she didn't take some kind of medication that gives you bad side effects if you don't. I give that judge a two thumbs up for sending Paris back to serve her time just like anyone else. I don't care what color she is. She did the crime, she needs to serve her time.

No they are not. Everyone knows that. The rich buy their way off. O.J. is a classic example.
