I think you are trying to say that you got a 60 day eviction notice and they kicked you out 3 days before the 60 day mark. ....Yes they can do this. It was a luxury for them to give you the 60 days to begin with. If you arent paying your rent they have to pay the mortgage so they are paying out of pocket for you to live there. You wouldnt want to have to do that for someone would you? No...so get your crap together and pay your rent and dont expect them to let you live somewhere for free!

Then you are obviously late with your rent. Getting a 60 day notice to vacate does not excuse you from paying for the time you are there. If rent is not paid...your landlord is well within his rights to give you a 3 day pay or quit.

If you have a 60 day eviction, it starts from the day it was issued to you.
I am not sure if you are saying it was given 3 days before the landlord wanted you out, or of you were given an additional "3 days to vacate" that was given to you 3 days prior to your evicion date.

I believe they are in their rights to accelerate the eviction notice for certain circumstances. You can check with your city hall.
