alot of plp got confused on my last question on whether i was for or against.I am all for gay marraiges i have a great girlfriend. i just want ideas for my campaign maybe alittle more help..it might better my chances with getting through to some people=]

Well, this won't have to be decided on the state level once the Constitution is upheld by a same-gender marriage case before the Supreme Court.
It should be noted that the Constitution states that ALL citizens have the same rights, which include the 1000+ rights that go with marriage. Also, since these rights are administered by the state [as in the gov't], religion should have absolutely NO say in which citizens get such rights.
Note that those bigots who want to ban such marriages would need to AMEND the Constitution to support their hatreds. What hypocrites!!

All of these people that have only NEGATIVE things to say about your question, need to STOP answering your question and LEAVE the LGBT section of answers and stop being to rude. This section is for people to be open with their questions SUPPORTING the LGBT community and I as a lesbian, do not appreciate all of you hating on us. WE do not judge your lifestyles because WE DO NOT KNOW YOU so DON'T JUDGE OURS :)
I say the best way to get your campaign started is to get a petition started and get people to sign in ASAP. Good Luck!!!

Don't bother trying to get real opinions on the topic on Yahoo Answers. It seems to have a heavy user base of sanctimonious god-botherers. Good luck...start a letter writing campaign to state senators who are on the fence about the issue.
