It really depends on what state you are living in. You have to go through the legal process of emancipation which allows you to terminate the guardianship of your grandparents. In some states, this is very difficult to do.

You just need to pack your bags! Is there a reason for you to leave? Is she abusive or violent? An alcoholic? A druggie? You can be emancipated if you provide the court with enough evidence as to why you need to leave that home. You will be treated as an adult. You can contact your local Dept of Job and Family and contact the probate court in your town.

Good luck.

Email me/post what state it is. It depends. Plus, you have to get emancipated. You can't just leave.
