it's good enough to get me started on serious topics (especially those that i've got to write a paper on for uni), and fine if i just want some general knowledge.

but like most things, if you rely on just one source then you're in danger of having a biased view and not being well rounded.

i'd never cite it in an assignment or important paper, as it's just not reliable enough. it needs proper peer viewing and academic testing for the information i need.

i admire those who contribute as they have a lot of knowledge (and time) and want to relay that to the rest of us. good on them for being forthcoming with it all.

Wikipedia is a very good source for information, but if the information is crucial for something, I would not rely on only one source.

most of the time. I've barely ever come upon topics that don't have enough information for me.

usually it's ok. sometimes i think some of the articles are too short and could be better.
