If you have to chose I would definitely keep the Mark Twain and the Atlas. Those are rare and could even be worth some money. The wrench set would be neat, but the Christmas tree is just a Christmas tree. Unless some of the stuff is sentimental, that is how I would chose.

I would keep all of them but if I had to choose I would keep the atlas or the volumes of Mark Twain. The Christmas tree would be at the bottom of my list.

why are you getting rid of these items when you would like to keep them all - i hate packrats,but you should be able to decide for yourself what is important.
