the event to get arceus, shaymin, and the other one...when can we get the mystery gift?

idont know but the first one is around june 18

Whenever they feel like having one. That may sound too rude, but is the truth. If one will happen you will know 2 months in advance.
You can get mystery gift unlocked after the 5th badge I think.
