Yes a rash, but it's from Herpes! Seriously! A guard at the jail said that its was a severe herpes outbreak which was brought on by her being so "stressed", so they let her go home since its such a private & embarassing condiction. And because they dont want her there to infect others.

It was a rash...
while others with HIV and Herpes and other contagious life threatening diseases, and some are on IV's..poor Paris Hilton got a jail sentence that she had to face (maybe the first rich/celebrity to have to do this) and she couldn't hack it, the anxiety and nerves gave her a case of eczema and she couldn't handle it. I think it's disgusting.

I'm not entirely sure...but what I heard was that she sat in her jail cell and cried all the time and refused to eat so they let her have house arrest....
Diagnosis: I'm spoiled-itis with a very major case of dumbness....
Oh noez...call the doctors she's gonna die....

She was freaking out, because no one cared if she went to jail. She had to stir up trouble and it didn't work.

it was supposedly a mental health thing...but im sorry im really POed that the tax payers are spending over $1100 ad ay to keep her in that mental ward!! its not fair!! its a total rip off! check out this website:
