according to http://www.tmz.com its costing the taxpayers $1,109.78 a DAY to keep her institutionalized!! whereas a normal inmate is $99.64??? WTF IS THAT ALL ABOUT?? Does anyone else think this is total BS and that money should be paid out by MS HILTON??? I know I DO! give me a thumb up if you agree!!

Paris Hilton is only separated from the general population, however she will have contact with inmates in the special needs unit, where they share the same TV and so on.
