I heard from local citizens of Indore,India that H.H. Maharaja Thukoji Rao Holkar was having atlist 15 inches.
I think that is not good for a enjoy, I can say that size was a show piece only.
After young age these big sizes are only for pee.

Biggest natural size (no surgery or anything like that) was 13 inches.
Why would someone even want one that big, it's like good luck wearing shorts or going bike riding

I passed through a **** site and saw there a boy with a tool down to his knees. I think it was 24 inches at list.
In Africa ,they use a weight to make it longer.
