For that matter what girl would wait? While waiting is ideal, it is totally unrealistic.

I didn't wait. To be honest, I kinda felt relieved when I finally did do it, no pun intended. The guys around me when I was younger, its all they seemed to talk about how they wanted to have sex. It was like, your not a man if you don't have sex, or even if you don't, then you are gay. I don't know if I would have waited or not, but I do remember feeling pressure by the guys before I lost my virginity.

I can honestly say that I have never gone to bed with a woman I wasn't married to. That's just the way I was raised, meaning to not wait for your wedding night is sinful, and contrary to God's teachings, which I happen to believe in quite strongly.

#1 - if a guy won't wait or tries to pressure you, he isn't worth being with.

#2 - back in the 30s, 80% of people had premarital sex. Today, the number is somewhere around 95%.

The fact is that lots of people do it. If you do, PLEASE use a condom! You can buy condoms yourself and have them in your purse in case you need them.

Good luck!

I started having sex at 14 and never stopped. Now I am 34 and happily married.

I really didnt hear that much. Church is the only place they tell you that anymore. Now people dont care if you have sex, they just want you to be safe.

That's EXTREMELY hard to do these days.
A girl could wait, but a guy?
You'd have to hide at home and do nothing but play video games all your life or something like that. And then, how will you get married by acting like that?

there are some guys that will wait until marriage but i do not think it is wrong wen they lose their virginity before marriage if it is with someone they are truly in love with.
