Since it changes the dynamics of the relationship, become a friend not a lover instead. Trust is a powerful thing, and can never be the same again, no matter the protestations.
Get tested at least twice and do what makes you happy whether it be divorce or breaking up. HIV, hepatitis B and other STDs must be ruled out or treated. Good luck.

Wonder where this announcement came from and see where things go from there. I'd certainly try to maintain a relationship but doubt it lasting. So in the end, I'd wish her happiness and move on with my life.

Well that would have to be my girlfriend and she would be a mature woman. So I guess I couldn't really do much about it but break up with her I guess.

I'd laugh and hope he was kidding...but if he wasnt then id have to be understanding and accept him for who he is. I'd probably be hurt that he lied and kept this from me. He knows better..=(
