Wow! you don't know the Titanic has been found? There is a museum in Branson MO with artifices in it from the Titanic and a lot of history about it. There is also a traveling museum that was in Chicago IL a few years ago and is very interesting too. Both are worth seeing.
I don't remember the exact date the Titanic sank.

Robert D. Ballard found the Titanic in 1985. A robot named Jason took pictures of the ship. It was around 2 miles beneath the Atlantic Ocean. The Titanic sank April 15, 1912, 95 years ago. At around 1:20 in the morning. 2012 will be the 100th annaversary of the tragedy. I read somewhere that it will be recognized around the world.

First of all, Yes. The Titanic was found in the 1980's, and has been explored and photographed in some detail. It lies 2 1/2 miles down in the North Atlantic, within 10 to 15 miles of its reported location given by its wireless operators, Philips and Bride of 41 deg. 42 min N and 50 deg 14 min W.
The discoverers have not released more precise location information in order to prevent the ghoulish scavenging of the wreck for souvenirs, preferring to leave it as a memorial to those lost.
It lies " on a gently sloping alpine plain, with the bow facing North, and rests on its keel."
Actually, the wreck is in two pieces, the bow, which is relatively well preserved though the prow is buried in the abysmal mud, and the stern, about a quarter mile away, which has been almost totally mangled. This damage was caused by the columns of water displaced by the Titanic in sinking, which then pounded down on the wreck at the bottom.Between the two sections is a large debris field holding all the objects which tumbled out between the surface, where the ship broke in two, and the bottom. No trace of wood, not the decking, the panelling, or any other wood has been seen. It has all been consumed by a species of marine worm.
The sinking occurred at 2:40 A.M. local time on April 15, 1912.

Discovery of the wreck in 1985 by a team led by Robert Ballard and Jean Louis Michel have made the Titanic persistently famous. It rests at the following location: It was found at a depth of 12,536 feet (3821 m), south-east of Newfoundland at 41°43′32″N, 49°56′49″W[28], 13 nautical miles (24 km) from where Titanic was originally thought to rest.
Titanic sank in the year 1912. The ship broke into three pieces as she sank.
Hope this answers your question.

The Titanic was found by a man named Robert Ballard, I believe. I think this guy Ballard worked for National Geographic, but I could be wrong. It sank in 1912. As for location, I have no idea.

Yes, they have. It's about 2 miles down in the North Atlantic. Some artefacts have been brought up, but any idea of lifting the ship is out of the question as it appears to have broken into two as it sank. It sank in 1912

It sank in 1912, so about 95 years ago.
They have found it. It is in the North Atlantic about 2 miles below the surface of the ocean. A guy named Robert Ballard discovered where it was. Check out:

Yes, they have found the sunken remnants of the Titanic. The wreckage of the ship was found south east of Newfoundland in 1985. There have been many documentaries about dives down to the wreckage. The Titanic sank April 14, 1912. You can read all about it on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RMS_Titanic
