To answer your question: Yes, I'm pretty sure it can be, but I would not recommend that you do this. Chances are, it would not work properly, and it would not give you the sensitivity you have lost in 20 years back. What should you do? Just be happy with what you have, and what your parents chose for you to have. Don't worry about it, just keep living your life happily. Good luck with everything, feel free to IM or email me if you have anymore questions. =]

No it cannot. It can't be reattached. However you can go through surgery so that it may regrow. However, it takes about two years after the surgery for it to be done, and a lot of the time the foreskin isn't all the way back (only like 40-60%). It also has many risks or side effects. So surgery is basically not worth it for what you would get out of it. You can stretch the skin on the shaft. But you have to be patient with this so that you don't damage the skin and nerves. It takes about two years, and it's not an actual foreskin that you get back, just shaft skin that acts like a foreskin and basically is a foreskin. My advice would be to be happy and live with what you have. I am circumcised too, and I'm not complaining. Life is good and so is my penis. Don't worry about it because you really shouldn't. You're not missing much being circumcised. I hope this helped.

No, foreskin cannot be reattached, and certainly not after 20 years!
You can reconstruct a fold of skin like a foreskin by using weights over a period of time, but this does not restore the lost sensitivity. The foreskin isn't ordinary skin - it is mucous membrane covered in nerves, and it doesn't regrow.

You don't have the original foreskin to reattach, and normal skin is not a good substitute. If you are willing to go to the trouble over a period of approximately two years, you may be able to "restore" your foreskin by stretching the skin that is left. It's not a quick fix, but a lot of men are extremely happy with the results. Check out http://www.norm.org Some improvement is often reported in a couple of months.
Good luck -- and leave your own sons intact!

There are several ways to "restore" foreskin, but they have mixed success.. there are some "parts" that just can't be reattached.. like where it connect on the underside. It sucks I know.
