I was eagerly waiting to see the very end of Sopranos last night and about 9:55, the frigin channel went blank!!!!!! Of all frigin times!!!
All the other channels worked, once I got back to HBO it was restored and the next show as on!!
I called the cable company and they said it was only my home that experienced this problem, as there were no other reports. I was so mad I could not even sleep!!!!
Will someone please tell me what happened?

I think the ending was a love it or hate it response from the viewers. I've read in the news how people are really hating the ending (the blank screen) and some loved it. I think you just had to make up your own mind on your own personal ending. For me, I picked..."And They Lived Happily Ever After!"

From what I have read everywhere - this was the ending of the Soprano's....there was no big surprise, no big finale.....it just cut to black and the show was over. Almost as if the show is going to come back, but it isn't.

That's how it ended. I think it was a clever ending though. We can make up our own ending depending on how we wanted it to end. At first I thought Hey We Got Jipped! Then when I thought about it I figured out that it was a very clever ending.

That was the ending- black screen and no music in the final credits. I loved it.
It was left with you thinking Tony was whacked due to his conversation with Bobby that when you die it all goes black, but with the journey song Don't Stop Believing you are wondering if he made it. Brilliant!

All that build up for NOTHING!!! The show was a major disappointment (even though most sopranos episodes are) highly over-rated!!! they totally just cut to black - I suppose they want everyone to draw their own conclusions... soooooooo WAK!!!!!! IT SUCKED!

Nah it wasn't only your set it was the set of everyone that watched it. That was the way the show ended with a lame a** immediate cut to black.

Aww, that sucks! I don't watch the Sopranos but you can probably watch the final episode online. Or, I'm sure they will have an encore presentation. Hopefully you can watch it yourself rather than have someone ruin it for you.

You didn't loose the signal. I thought I did too. That was how the finale ended.....sucked didn't it....now we will always wonder what happened.
