Every part of the witty sexual innuendos. They get pretty nasty sometimes and it just cracks me up that obviously they get away with it.
I just saw an episode where they showed a marquee on the screen with "Chevy Chase in Feltch" instead of Fletch. Oh yeah sure that was a typo...lol.

that time when peter was playing peek-a-boo with stewie, and then stewie thought that peter had left but then he scared him by saying boo when stewie was picking his nose. then peter did it again and stewie was getting made.
the funniest was the part when peter and the chicken started fighting continiuosly. it is just stupid and idiotic! but hilarious at the same time.

i like the one when ever peter falls on the sidewalk and then he goes (sucks in air through teeth..ahhhh....repeat) that is so funny. Or when lois sewed rupert back together and then stewie was like i love you and all that and then he says..mom mom.mom. mommy mommy. mum mum mum...mummy mummy mummy mama mama mama...and then lois yells WHAT...and stewie says hi and laughs and runs away....hahah....i love family guy...:D
