A mouse does fart. It is a mammal and poops. It's body does produce gas, like any other mammal. What does it smell like? Well. I am guess just like it's poop. It you have smelled mouse cap, then you probably have smelled a mouse fart. But don't worry, I am sure the smell isn't enough to clear a room. Unlike me after a night of beers. lol

Yes mice do fart.... I have study for 9 years to find the answer... I have a pet mouse and spent 9 years buy his side to find the answer... my life is over now

Of course! Every animal farts. Our human farts are very audible since we stand up and we have our butt cheeks closer together. When gas is expelled from the anus (aka your butt hole), you often feel it ripple as it's coming out with that dignifying sound. However, because almost all animals walk on all fours (so then their butt cheeks aren't as close together), you can barely hear their farts but you can SURE smell them! Hope that helps.

all animals do (at least dogs and cats and things) but mice are so small, it probably wouldn't be very loud or strong.
