1.) Go to Craigslist.org, and search for salsa classes near your area.
2.) Look in the phone book for dance studios, and see if they teach salsa.
3.) Rent salsa instructional videos from Netflix. Note: This is not very helpful, unless you have a partner to watch and practice it with.
4.) Ask around the Salsa section of dance-forums.com if they know of any good studios in your area.

You should find good salsa classes. Sometimes salsa clubs have good classes, or you can go to a ballroom studio, they usually have salsa as well. Go to http://www.ballroomdancers.com/Directory/ or http://accessdance.com and find a studio near you using their on-line directory.
