1) Pokemon Diamond-the games are pretty good and long with plenty of replay value.
2) Brain Age-very very very addicting. Its a solid game that will keep you hooked, improve your math skills and you'll have fun!
3) Phoneix Wright-good series, you play a lawyer who is trying to solve case(s)
4) Mario Kart DS-the long running series is now on the DS and you can race with others online
5) Animal Crossing DS-a port of the GC version, not as high up in marks as the console version but still good.

1) Lost in Blue - Survival games focused on two people trapped on a desert island. 2) The Ace Attorney series - 4 or 5 games (new one due out soon) which focus on Phoenix Wright a defense attorney. The games have complex plots and you need to find the evidence to get your client acquitted. 3) LostMagic - a fantasy/strategy game worth it for having to draw the glyphs for the spells. Stylus speed is essential. 4) Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass - a direct sequel to windwaker, and a puzzle based RPG. 5) Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice - the last game in the series with a different mechanic to the rest.
