Call around in your area for a teen pregnancy help organization. There are many young mothers that can't afford to buy those extra things. If you are in a larger city you could contact churches that may have poor families attending that could use the clothes. You could also get int ouch with nonprofit organizations in your area that send clothes to other countries(third world countries usually) that have very little. Hope this helps. (You will have to do some research because I dont know where you live!) Good luck!
If all else fails donate to a non profit thrift store like Salvation army! :O)

Well, do you want more kids soon? If you want more kids within a year or two, pack them up nicely and save them for the next kid. I did this with my daughter's clothing and then got pregnant with a boy. My neighbor's church had a clothing exchange and I exchanged all her girl clothes for boy clothes.
Depending on your finances, give them away to charity. Otherwise, do a yardsale and advertise baby clothes. LOTS of people will show up for baby things.

What you should do with your baby clothes that she doesn't wear anymore is donate them to a charity, sell them to a store that specializes in child clothing (Kid to Kid, or Once Upon a Child). If you know someone that's pregnant you could offer them to her. Sell them at a garage sale, everyone buys that stuff.

If you have a Once Upon A Child store close to you, you can sell them the baby clothes.

Well I have two answers for this....One think ahead and think if you are going to in the future have another baby...you know how expensive things are now...I dont see it getting much better in the future and you will already be ahead if you are blessed with another daughter in your life...
Second...there are plenty of charities to give to...Goodwill...Salvation Army...OR...you can sell your baby clothes on Ebay...trust me people look on there more often than their local dept stores...
Best of luck..have a good day.

Donate. Many non-profit organizations make $ by having yard sales. I volunteer for a local SPCA and it is one of fundraisers we have a couple times a year. There are always churches in poorer districts that distribute articles of need to their parishioners. Also there is GoodWill and others that will be delighted to have your things. If you itemize your deductions on your taxes, all non-profits are able to give you a receipt for your goods so that you can get a donation deduction. All that and you get to feel good about yourself because you are helping others by giving back to your community.

Donate them & any other used clothing (in good condition) to your local Salvation Army. Estimate the value of the donation, get a receipt & use it as a tax write-off. I do it every year.

You could save them if you even think that you might have another baby. Because if you do have another and you give all of that stuff away then you wil regret it. If your not going to have anymore than you could have a garage sale or just give it to your local thrift store. Giving to a thrift store could help someone alot. especially teenage mothers who dont have anything or anyone.Well i hope I helped.
