I want to know what are your favorite Betta Colors, fin types, and such.
Please provide a link to a picture!

The tank comes with a filter, heater, and cover. I can easily buy the plants and gravel.

For JV:
I have not been able to go to Walmart yet to buy test strips for my tanks, but I should be going to Petsmart today to trade in a new, dead turquoise guppy for a new one. I will use my remaining money to buy test strips.

I like the unusually colored ones, I'd love to get a yellow/mustard gas one but I have no room. If you want other fish to live with it, I'd get a veil tail, they have the best reputation as far as getting along with other fish (though in a 5 gallon there's not really room for other fish). Crowntails are supposed to be the more aggressive type. Halfmoons are really gorgeous too.

i had a Betta named Big Red. he was 1 of the most biggest Betta fish i had ever seen. he was beautiful. when i went to pets mart to go look at the fish i saw him, and felt so bad for him, he could not even move in the little cup that he was in, so i get him. he lived for 4 years. anyways i think u should get the biggest, reddest 1 they got.

Hi Morgan,
I'm still searching possibilities on your pleco situation, and should have some more input here shortly, did you run your tests yet?
My Betta is sitting right here at work with me, purple with red streaks in his fins. Here's my photobucket of him, but the pixels in there appear to be very blue, but in actuality, he's quite purple :)

My Betta Bob he is a blueish purple color with purple fins it is just gorgeous , my freind had a red , white, and blue one !

i got a blue and red betta but dont put a male with a male or a female with a female they will kill each other

i have a white one with red and blue strips on the tail, and its a veil tail. the picture just look like mine
