Treat it as an adventure. You never lose your home. It goes with you wherever you go.
And you should go back and visit frequently, too.

Well it is very hard. But it can often take years to adjust moving somewhere very different.
I moved from the east coast to the west coast and was depressed for about a whole year. Until I started meeting good people. You will be a more diversed person because of it though.
What is in the hearts of people is the same everywhere you go. Just remember that.

I've moved plenty of times, but now I'm 16 and settled in (until I go to college). You just have to move on and make new friends.

growing up in a military family, we moved constantly, and you learn very quickly, that home is not a physical place, home is the love you carry in your heart for your family. Where your family is, that is home.

You get used to it, make new friends, and build a new life. Lots of people move around.
