I like both names - but not really together. They both end in an "N" and that doesn't roll off the tongue as well as it should.
Ashley Paxton or Ashlyn Pax if your last name is suitable (Pax was the Roman goddess of peace).

Ashlyn is okay...don't like Paxton as a middle name.
May I suggest Peyton instead?

I like both names, but I'm not sure I like how they sound together. Try to find a middle name that doesn't end in an "N" sound. I think it would flow better. However, if Paxton is the last name, I would pick a first name that doesn't end in the same sound.

Is "Paxton" the last name? If so, then I like the name fine. Nothing special, but it's solid. If Paxton is just one of the names, however, I don't like it. I just don't get the "common last name for a first name" fad that is going around right now. The rate things are going we'll be naming our kids "Smith" and "Brown" and "Kieslowski" before you know it.
