I have recently atempted to get into PC gaming, I have a HP with about 300gig, but for some reason the games I have installed seem to run slow. Any help?

300 gigs it's your Hard drive. Games need more memory and CPU speed.
Can you place or IM me your spec of your computer and what kind games you try to play(names) and I'll help you out to get in .:)

The biggest thing to look at is type of processor and it's speed, and the RAM that you have installed.

For gaming, you want a minimum of 1 gig of RAM, preferably double that.

And an up-to-date processor...around 4 Ghz would be ideal (not an Intel Celeron). You would want any Intel Pentium, or Duo, or recent AMD processor.

yea does ur computer have a dedicated graphics card ? if not ur computer cant run pc games, or at least not very good. u wil need a graphics card, but ur comp prbly cant have a high end card casue it prbly does not have a x16 slot.
