We have 3 kids together(7,5,2).Were just a couple days away from payday so I'm broke.Any ideas?

The best thing you can do is make him dinner with the kids and get him a B-day card. Tell him how wonderful of a father he is and how you appreciate him. That would be the best B-day present since materialistic things can't replace appreciation.

1) Drop kids off at your moms
2) Be totally naked when he comes home from work
3) Start him off with a B J like you were bit by a snake and he di ck has the antidote
4) After you cu m offer him an al!
It will be the best birthday he has had in year with NO COST!

Meet him somewhere, it doesn't matter where. Get yourself all made up, with his favorite perfume, a sexy dress and heels, a bra, but only if needed, and no panties.
Come on to him and see what happens when he finds you "forgot " your panties!

They expire a year from his birthday - make them cute, draw pics, heck, you could even print off naughty clip art or something. Wrap them up in an elaborate box way too big for the coupons so he is totally confused.
