Tired...and I just read somewhere the other day that the feeling of tiredness is a sign of sleep apnea...I know that I usually have to take a little nap right after I wake up (like a 2 hour nap), and then I am good to go...

If I have less than 8 hours sleep, I'm tired. If I sleep 8 1/2 to 9, I feel great. Today I'm tired, I had an interrupted 7 hours of sleep.

Used to be tired and pissed off.
But now, even with less sleep, happy and smilling because my babe is so cheery when she wakes and always has a smile for me. And she's got the cutest lopsided grin.
