How is Boston University for their online course in project management ? Would anyone recommend this school ? If not, can you recommend a better school ?

BU is a very respectable school that is highly regarded around the USA. It is definitely a top 100 school in the US News Rankings . Any course that they present online or offline would be good.

BU is a very good school. Their school of management is ranked pretty high.
I do recommend this school for anything related to management and business.
