a guy at my work always seems to be rather flirtatious towards me. i'm not too sure why seeming that he knows i have a girlfriend. during a shift for example he will find a reason to stand up close to me. also eveytime that he sees me he will ask about my girlfriend without fail. any thoughts?

Will if you are not gay or Bi let him know you are happy with your girlfriend.Most gay men are not predatory just let him know where you stand.What you mean by "flirtatious"? What does he say/do? Once a guy told me he likes my shirts that I wear to work I just said thanks and moved on.

Could it be that he likes you just as a friend?
Maybe you are the one that is reading too much into it. Maybe you have some doubts about your own sexuality.
If he bothers you don't hang out with him.
