Child support is based upon the non-custodial parent's income. Usually it is 1/3 their income if 1/3 the non-custodial parent's income is $250 then that IS suitable.

It really depends usually the state will figure child support base on the non custodial parents net income and order that a percentage be paid for child support. In Texas I beleive it is 12.5% per child with a limit around 35%. Try to be flexible my ex-wife was not it caused problems with our children and now I have custody.

Depends on his income but that sounds a little low. I would say 350-400 would be a better amount needed per month, especially if the child is in school and you need clothes and supplies etc.

Not sure what state you live in but here is a calculator that does almost every state. The payments are calculated but what state the child resides in.

Only if it is 20% of your monthly income. If you are going through a divorce or custody battle the courts will figure th amount out for you.
But typically you are going to pay 20% of your monthly income.

It depends on your or your spouse's income. I get $800 a month for 2 kids. The more he/she makes...the more money you'll get for child support. If you're going through the court, it will be court ordered based on a financial software.
