I'd say do fruit and a hot meal from the deli. Also you could go to a Mexican place not franchised (Taco Bell) and make a couple meals out of it.

One of my favorites is to use Frozen vegetables and Ramen Noodles -- I like to cook the noodles as directed. Dump 1/2 the water before adding the flavor, add about 1 cup vegetables and a little parmesan cheese and that is a quick, 5 minute meal for me.
Another favorite, if you have either a gas grill or one of those Foreman /indoor grills is to thaw some fish in the refrigerator while at work, and when you get home, throw it on the grill. Fish is fast and healthy, and a gas grill or indoor grill is quick to heat.
Keep in mind that if you have time once a week, you can cook a bigger meal and freeze it as leftovers.

i'm getting my masters in foodstuff and that i'm a sparkling mom (nevertheless attempting to figue out a thank you to feed a splash one!), so consistent with possibility i'm able to help out a splash...my philosophy is to pass with "actual" ingredients distinctive the time. i might say the pretzels and Goldfish each and every so often, yet you will prefer to steer away from bleached, processed flour. i in my view think of that issues like goats yogurt (closer to human milk than cows) with pureed fuit jumbled in, or consistent with possibility even some sparkling gentle cheeses and salami on finished wheat crackers. i think of that shrink up sparkling greens with a dip that doesn't have soy in its ingredient label (they're looking further and added probs with soy those days). additionally, finished wheat fig bars are spectacular or perhaps oat cluters with nuts/raisins are sturdy too. finished grains may well be tasty in this style. sparkling kinds of fruit are sturdy. Be ingenious...pass to an entire ingredients or Wild Oats and look at. it incredibly is incredibly unquestionably worth the money, yet continually examine the label.

pack a lot of fruit.
there are some "health" frozen dinners that provide a good variety. they contain a lot of sodium though and you might have portion control problems when you get started.
also try eating yogurt

Use ground turkey instead of beef and make tacos. They are pretty fast to make. They make whole wheat tortillas now. Sliced turkey or other meat on whole wheat bagels. Fresh veggies with low fat dip.
