320 MB NVIDIA 8800 GTS
500 Watt Power Supply
320 GB Hard drive with Perpendicular Recording Technology
Cooler Master Tower
5.1 Surround Sound Speakers
All for 1,050 dollars.

Hard to really give a good opinion without looking at actual products. Some 500W power supplies are good quality, others are crap. As far as specs yes everything looks fast enough for gaming, but we would need more info to give you a complete answer. Post links to each part individually.
